Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Root Nine Baking Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders ship out Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after the 3pm cutoff on Tuesday, will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If a holiday falls on a Monday, orders will be shipped out the next business day.
Some of our items are produced based on-demand and require 1 - 2 days production time plus the shipping time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
We offer a flat rate of $5 for shipping. We ship via UPS.
We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents and delivery method. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy // Customs, Duties and Taxes
We do not ship internationally. Please note that Root Nine Baking Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Root Nine Baking Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however please contact us at hello@rootninebakingco.com if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.
