Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, cane sugar, chocolate chunks (cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla bean), coconut oil, water, potato starch, molasses, sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, salt, baking soda, chickpea flour.

Delicious but not a good as years past

Don’t get me wrong, these are amazing cookies, especially when warmed. Still going to get 5 stars. I will order again…….However, I originally tried Root Nine in 2021 and in 2022. Those were the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever eaten. I miss those ones.
