If you've tried the baked goods in your office cafe or cafeteria, you've tasted one of my creations! I've worked as a pastry chef and managed kitchen operations for the Dartcor family of brands for many years, and launched its sister company, Root Nine Baking Co. in 2019. As a plant-based eater myself, my mission is simple: develop recipes that bring all of the flavor and taste experience of a traditional gourmet cookie, without dairy, processed or artificial ingredients. They have to be so good that Vegans and non-Vegans alike can't tell the difference.

Our online store offers a wider range of flavors and a larger cookie size vs. what's available in cafes, so there's definitely something new for you to explore. We recommend microwaving them for 20 seconds or so to get that "just out of the oven" ooey-gooey warmth.
